Power School
This summer, Agate School District is updating the student information system. During this time, parents will be unable to access their student accounts. In the fall, parents will then be able to set up an account that allows them to access all of their students' information from one log in.
This system allows parents and students to access student information such as grades and attendance. There are links below to the parent and student portal and also to the teacher portal.
If you need a user name and password for access, please contact Jolene Chamber at 719-764-2741 or at grantcoordinator21century@hotmail.com
For security purposes, passwords will not be given out over the phone or via email but can be sent home with the student or picked up at the school.

| How often can we expect attendance to be updated? |
| Teachers are asked to record attendance each class period. Teachers may only enter attendance codes for Absence (A), Tardy-excused (TE) or Tardy-unexcused (TU). All other codes such as Absence Excused (AE) or Absence Unexcused (AU) are entered by the main office. The office enters a wide range of codes as they receive information from parents or other locations where attendance is monitored. Procedures for excusing your child from school remain the same. |
