Dear Agate Families,
As we move into February, I want to thank you for your continued support and partnership with Agate School District. This time of year brings steady routines, meaningful learning, and many opportunities to celebrate our students and staff.
Our students continue to work hard in the classroom and beyond. It is a joy to see their growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. We were able to exit six elementary students out of “well below grade level” (reading) during our middle of the year testing! Teachers are doing a stellar job of implementing our new reading/phonics program.
Regular attendance plays a key role in student success. Please help in ensuring students arrive on time and ready to learn each day. If your family ever needs support related to attendance or transportation, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we are here to help.
The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain a top priority. We continue to review procedures, maintain our facilities, and work hard to ensure a secure learning environment.
